Be a Volunteer... and gift your time.
Firstly .. There are many different ways to be a volunteer. Coming on side and giving a Troop one hour of your time each week is so rewarding and precious. We know if you do this, then you'll get to see what we do. We promise to gently train you and at the same time develop you into a better resourse and an enabler for your own Girl Scout.
If you want to, the path can also lead to co-leading a troop under an experienced Troop-Leader. And one day you might be running the troop for your own daughter and sharing the wonderful opportunity to be her Troop-Leader, teacher and mentor as she works her way towards Girl Scout awards and patches
As well as Troop activities, once a month our community also holds combined events with all Troops.At these times there is always plenty of ways a volunteer can be involved in a truly rewarding outcome.
